  1. Service Overview: FEDEX international express service from the USA to Vietnam offers door-to-door delivery, with a transit time of 5-8 days.

  2. Weight and Pricing: Starting from 1 pound, with additional weight charged at 1-pound increments. The billing weight is based on the greater value between dimensional weight and actual weight.

  3. Value Declaration: The declared value for outbound FedEx packages from the USA cannot exceed $2,500; otherwise, transportation will not be possible.

  4. Size Restrictions: For packages with the longest side exceeding 48 inches (121 cm) or the second longest side exceeding 30 inches (76 cm), and with a girth greater than 105 inches (266.0 cm) (girth = length + (width + height) * 2), an additional fee of $40 USD will apply.

  5. Order Placement: Save the delivery address in your account center in advance. From the list of stored packages, select the package you wish to ship, choose the shipping route, submit the order, and accurately fill in the required product information.

  6. Payment Method: The warehouse will handle packing, weighing, and measuring dimensions to calculate costs. If there is a balance in your account, the corresponding fees will be deducted directly, and the package will be handed over to FedEx for shipping. If the balance is insufficient, you must pay the corresponding fees before handing over the package to FedEx. To ensure prompt shipping, it is advisable to top up your account with the estimated necessary fees so that ShipYouNow can expedite the process.

  7. Pre-shipping Information: Please familiarize yourself with FedEx shipping standards and import/export restrictions for both the origin and destination locations. The warehouse operations cannot guarantee early identification of all items that may violate shipping/receiving bans. If customs confiscation or destruction occurs, ShipYouNow cannot provide after-sales support. Any issues or additional fees arising from violations are the user's responsibility.

  9. Address Changes: Once a FedEx package is sent from the warehouse, the address cannot be changed, nor can the shipment be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that the recipient information is accurate to avoid delivery issues, which could result in return or other complications, incurring additional costs that will be borne by the customer.
