For packages already in the warehouse, if there are issues like missing items, incorrect items, or inability to ship, they need to be returned to the seller. The ShipYouNow return process mainly consists of four steps:
1. First, contact the purchasing merchant's store to apply for a return and obtain the electronic return label provided by the seller. You can also generate a return label by paying through the overseas courier's official website.
2. In the ShipYouNow system, select the packages that need to be returned, submit the order normally, choose the return route, and upload the return label as prompted.
3. The overseas warehouse will print the uploaded return label and affix it to the corresponding package. Once the order is paid for, the warehouse will hand over the package to the courier when they come to pick it up, completing the return process.
4. For tracking the logistics of the returned package, please follow the tracking number on the label. Once the overseas warehouse hands the package over to the designated courier, they will no longer be responsible for it. For any subsequent issues, please contact the courier directly.

The return label includes sender and recipient information, tracking number, and barcode, similar to the way domestic courier packages are labeled.
When applying for a return from the merchant, please do not choose the return method of delivering to a courier point/return center, as the overseas warehouse cannot process returns this way. Please opt for self-shipping to obtain a complete return label.
When applying for a return on packages that have already been weighed and packed, there may be variable additional fees based on warehouse operational difficulty. Please confirm this with online customer service.
